How do I get a refund? +

All purchases are processed through the App Store or platform of purchase. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly at reportaproblem.apple.com . We're happy to assist if you have questions.

I entered my API key but AI features aren't working. +

Make sure you're using a valid Anthropic API key with available credits. Keys are stored only on your device — Ghost Logics never sees or stores them. Double-check the key was entered correctly in Settings.

Does Ghost Logics collect any of my data? +

No. All Ghost Logics apps are built on a zero-telemetry, offline-first principle. Your data stays on your device. We have no servers storing your usage, location, or content.

How do I get updates? +

Updates are delivered through the App Store. Enable automatic updates in your iOS Settings to receive them as soon as they're available.
