Ghost Logics built PlantSense Pro on a simple principle: your plant data is yours. We have no interest in it, no infrastructure to receive it, and no business model that depends on it. This policy exists to make that crystal clear.
What Stays On Your Device
All data generated by your use of PlantSense Pro is stored locally on your device only. This includes:
None of this information is transmitted to Ghost Logics or any third party by us. It lives on your device, under your control.
API Keys & Third-Party Services
PlantSense Pro optionally integrates with third-party AI services to enhance plant identification and care advice. These services require API keys that you provide.
Used for plant care guidance and natural language queries within the app.
Used for visual plant identification from photos you capture in-app.
Your API keys are stored in your device's secure enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Ghost Logics never sees, receives, logs, or has access to your API keys. Requests go directly from your device to the respective provider — we are not in the loop.

Camera & Photo Access
PlantSense Pro may request access to your camera and photo library for two purposes:
- Plant identification — photos are sent directly to the Plant.id API from your device
- Journal entries — images are saved locally to your device's storage
Ghost Logics never stores, receives, or processes your photos on any server. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly initiate a scan or journal entry.
What We Do Not Do
- Collect, store, or transmit personal information of any kind
- Use ad tracking, behavioral analytics, or user profiling
- Sell, rent, or share your data with any third party
- Require account creation, login, or registration
- Embed analytics SDKs (no Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Store any data on Ghost Logics servers — we have none for this app
- Track your location or movement
- Send push notifications without your explicit permission
Children's Privacy
PlantSense Pro does not collect personal information from anyone — children or adults. Because no data collection occurs at any stage, there is no special handling required for users under the age of 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction).
The app is safe for use by all ages from a data privacy standpoint.

PlantSense Pro is provided for informational and hobbyist purposes only. Plant health assessments, diagnoses, and care suggestions generated by AI integrations are not professional horticultural advice.
AI-generated diagnoses are suggestions, not certainties. For serious plant disease management, agricultural decisions, or professional growing operations, always consult a qualified horticulturist or agronomist. Ghost Logics accepts no liability for decisions made based on information provided by this application.
Changes to This Policy
Ghost Logics may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised policy will be published at ghostlogics.com and within any future app update release notes, with an updated effective date.
Because we collect no personal data, changes to this policy will generally reflect updates to the app's features or clarifications to existing language — not changes to how we handle your data, since we handle none.
Continued use of PlantSense Pro after any changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of those changes.
